A burn no matter how minor when caused at work demonstrates a failure in H&S Control Measures designed to protect employees from harm. Simple measures for example the wearing of PPE would at the very least minimise the risk of contact with naked flames/hot surfaces. Remember a minor burn today could be far more serious next time.
