Assured Quality and Safety Ltd was first established in 2004 and has provided bespoke management consultancy solutions to a diverse client base internationally. With offices in Norwich, we are ideally placed to cover client work in East Anglia, the Home Counties and surrounding areas, although our work has taken us as far afield as Scotland and Republic of Ireland.
In 2005 the company established itself as the only private company in the UK to provide its health and safety services to the MoD’s Defence Training Estates across East Anglia, and upon personal request provided services also to Salisbury Plain, known for the series ‘Bad Lads Army.
In 2012 the company further cemented itself, and our reputation as a market leader, being the only private company in the UK providing health and safety services to Her late Majesty’s Prison Service, facilitating Health and Safety Management for prisons at Norwich and Blundeston.
Assured Quality and Safety Ltd provides associate consultancy support for British Standards Institute, British Assessment Bureau and ISOQAR.

Kevin Barber CMIOSH is Managing Director of Assured Quality and Safety Ltd, with 39 years of industry experience in the field of Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality Management.
Previously employed by Boulter Buderus Ltd, a Bosch Group company, having joined the company (then known as Boulter Boilers Ltd) back in 1987, starting at ground level as a Production Operative, his aptitude for business management was recognised early and within 2 years had been promoted to the position of Quality Manager, before then adding the position of Health and Safety to his resumé.
In 2004 and embarking on the NEBOSH General Certificate Assured Quality and Safety Ltd was established, commencing trading in October 2005.
Kevin is now a Chartered Member of IOSH (CMIOSH); IOSH are the worlds largest professional health and safety organisation. Kevin can be found on linkedin.com/in/aqsltdkevinbarber and is registered on the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register.

Company Secretary
Wanda Ward MSc acts as the Company Secretary for Assured Quality and Safety Ltd. As a Surgical Care Practitioner for the healthcare service, Wanda brings to the business a ‘can do attitude’ and is charged with taking forward marketing strategies and developing first aid courses.
