We first used Assured Quality and Safety Ltd (AQS) in 2014 to assist the business in achieving ISO9001: 2008 Certification, having been unsure how to implement the standard, and with limited understanding of the technical jargon used in the standard. AQS provided clear and understandable advice moving forward, re-wrote our Quality Manual to reflect our business and supported us with our internal audit programme. We achieved certification within 6 months and we continue to work with AQS having recently transitioned across to ISO9001: 2015. AQS also support us with our Achilles UVDB B2 audits, and are appointed as our Competent Persons on matters of Health and Safety Law.
