These services come with an hourly rate/day rate option for clients, with our Competent Person Service for new business start-ups for as little as £70.00 per calendar month + VAT.

Rates vary depending on geographical area. Time charged includes time travelling. Mileage costs are charged at £0.60 per mile.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Planned visits to discuss our services are generally not chargeable however it should be recognised that there is a cost incurred by the company for time spent whilst travelling and that of general motoring costs.

There are occasions when we may prioritise your visit at the expense of another.

For this reason, we ask that you familiarise yourself with the following details.

Any visit scheduled with you, which is then subsequently cancelled with less than 24 hours notification, or upon our arrival only to find the appointment has been overlooked, the following charges at the discretion of the Director may be applied.

Time incurred during travel charged at £50.00 p/hr

Motoring costs charged at £1.00 p/mile

Cancelled appointments with less than 24 hours notification are charged at a nominal fee of £200.00 per half day affected.
